Interim Inspection.
Dinnall Property services will conduct a review of the property part way through the tenancy. The interim Inspection reviews the condition of the property relative to the length of the tenancy and expected condition at that point in time.
The report allows you to keep in touch and remain informed during the tenancy which in turn will give you peace of mind.
In some cases, such as when damage in noted, it allows you to make a descision about renewing tenancies.
